Great time with you guys

Convenient place to get car work done and it beats going to the mechanic trying to set up an appointment or dropping it off really early I was able to get transmission fluid here and a tune up.

I started receiving spam texts after going here with no way to stop them. I've called multiple times with no one fixing the problem

I pulled up and no one was in site.waited for about 5 min until two guys came out of no where and one guy said the price was changed from 100 to 130 for top service.i didn't pay that before but I said ok ile go with it.but service wise they didn't ask if wanted windows cleaned or check the tires they did minimum and soon as I got there I should have went with my gut and went somewhere else and I won't be back there.

I have used this shop for years I guess you could call me a repeat offender

The Staff was very sweet, willing to check everything I asked them to do. I should not have to tell them what to checking, they should e.g. check my back/front lights, show me that the air filters are still ok, that the air in tires needed or not etc. All this was automatically done before. Very nice Staff but need a little more training.

The team member who serviced my car came over and found me to show me the oil on the dipstick was low and dirtier than expected, and recommended flushing & cleaning the system before refilling the oil, and let me know the extra cost. I had already watched some YouTube videos when diagnosing my check engine light and P2646 code, and that seemed like a thoughtful recommendation, based on videos I watched, not like he was trying to upsell me for no reason. I was appreciative of his help. I asked if it looked like the oil was leaking, since it was low, and he looked and said he didn’t think so. After the oil change service, took the car home and was able to successfully clear the code & the check engine light is staying off. The client services team member who checked me in and rang me up was nice & meeting the office dog was the highlight of my day. I also appreciated the pricing transparency with the different packages and prices on the board when I pulled up.

The radiator flush service took a while but was throughly completed with no problems. I am to return in 5 days for a follow up.
